mingo wireless does not charge for any type of fees or taxes.

charged services include voice minutes, text messaging (sms), mobile web, picture messaging, 411 directory assistance, and international calling.

mingo Wireless does not allow roaming outside of the all-digital nationwide network which covers over 250 million people. However, if you connect to a roaming tower with your mingo Wireless phone, some wireless roaming operators may allow you to prepay for roaming access on their network, but this will not be billed by mingo Wireless.

All mingo wireless accounts have a default base plan which is the mingoFlex (payGO) plan. You may choose to add any of the 30 day plans we have available on mingowireless.com and they will lay on top of the mingoFlex base plan. After the expiration of the added 30 day plans, the users account will be reverted to the mingoFlex base plan and minutes are then charged at the mingoFlex per minute rate and other features such as text, mobile web, etc. will be charged per unit. The voice rate is set by the per-minute rate of the lowest price per minute refill that has been applied to the user's account and has not yet reached its expiration date. For example, if a user buys a $100 mingoFlex refill (which lasts 365 days), then uses up all but $1 of their balance in 300 days, then adds a $5 refill on day 301, minutes are deducted from the $6 balance at 6.67 cents apiece rather than 10 cents apiece.

All mingo wireless accounts have a flex cash balance. The flex cash balance is used for all charged services such as voice minutes, text messaging (sms), mobile web usage, picture messaging (mms), 411 directory assistance, and international calling. You must maintain a positive flex cash balance in order for your service to remain active. If your flex cash balance gets depleted, your phone will be temporarily suspended until the flex cash balance is replenished. If your account remains suspended for 30 days, your account will automatically be deactivated after the 30th day and your phone number will be lost. Please note that all new mingo wireless accounts come with a $2.00 cash balance with 30 days of expiration to start. If you are a new customer and have just purchased the phone from us, your expiration will commence after your first call.

You may view your flex cash balance online and add funds to your account at anytime by logging into your account page at mingowireless.com. mingoFlex refills will include a cash balance which is equal to the denomination of the refill. 30 days plans or add-ons do NOT include a cash balance. If you are planning to use additional charged services that are not included in your 30 day plan, please make sure you have sufficient cash balance available in your account in order to avoid suspension of service. For example, if you have purchased a talk&text 500 plan which includes 500 anytime minutes and unlimited text messaging, but you want to use mobile web on your phone, you will need to have a cash balance to use the mobile web services. In this case, voice minutes and text messaging will be deducted from your talk&text 500 plan and mobile web services will be deducted from your cash balance.

Plan packs include the following plans: talk&text, my.mingo, and UNLIMITED. These plan packs last 30 days from the purchase date. Any allotted features (voice, sms, or data) included in the plan pack will expire in 30 days and will not rollover to the next plan pack.

You can add multiple plan packs (up to 5) to your account and have several plan packs active within a given 30 days period. Plan packs work in a “first in, first out” basis meaning that the oldest pack will be utilized first for the allotted features within that pack.

To make an international call using your mingo wireless account, simply dial: *INT + SEND and follow prompts. International calls will be charged to your account balance.

IMPORTANT: Please note that if you dial the international destination number directly without dialing *INT + SEND, you will be charged the carrier rate for the international call, which is generally very expensive. If you need assistance with international calling, please feel free to contact us and we would be more than happy to assist you.

You must maintain a $2.00 flex cash balance in order to use mobile web and other data services. Once your flex cash balance goes drops under $2.00, data services will be temporarily disabled until the cash balance is replenished. Other services such as text messaging and international calling will be continue to be enabled.

mingoPlus plans only include voice minutes. Additional services such as text messaging, mobile web, picture messaging, or international calling, will be deducted from the mingoFlex default cash balance. Subscribers will need to maintain a positive mingoFlex cash balance in order for the account to remain active. Subscribers must maintain at least a $2.00 mingoFlex cash balance in order to use mobile web. Minutes on mingoPlus plans do not rollover. If subscribers use all the minutes before the 30 days expiration, the plan will expire and the account will fall back to the default mingoFlex plan. Subscribers can add another mingoPlus plan at anytime and it will take effect immediately.
